Doug Mastriano Wife: Meet Rebbeca Mastriano – Mastriano was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey on January 2, 1964. He grew up in Hightstown, New Jersey, and admits to coming from a non-religious family.

He was persuaded to embrace religion as a teenager after being invited to a youth group called The Way by an ardent youth pastor.

In 1982, he graduated from Hightstown High School. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout while a member of the Boy Scouts of America. He later enrolled at Mercer County Community College.

Mastriano graduated from the Joint Intelligence College with a master’s degree in strategic intelligence in 1992. In 2001, he received a master’s degree in airpower theory from Air University as part of his education.

In 2002, he earned a master’s degree in military operational art and science from the Air University’s School of Advanced Air and Space Studies.

He earned a master’s degree in strategic studies from the American Army War College in 2010. In 2013, Mastriano received his doctorate in history from the University of New Brunswick.

During his 2022 campaign for governor of Pennsylvania, he filed formal complaints with the University of New Brunswick about possible academic fraud in his book about Alvin York. Because Mastriano’s book on York was largely based on his Ph.D. thesis, the University of New Brunswick decided to investigate his Ph.D. work.
