Versatile South African rapper, Costa Titch join forces with multiple award winning South African hip hop recording artiste, AKA to unlock a new tune tagged; “Monate C”.
The single was lifted off their joint project captioned; “You’re Welcome”. The body of work comes in a package of eight solid tracks. “You’re Welcome” is the duo’s first joint collective.
Costa Titch, officially called Costa Tsobanoglou was born and raised in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, South African. He’s gain prominence with the release of his song, ‘Activate’. His level of influence has grown amongst other South African artistes due to his use of Isizulu lines in his performances,
Costa Titch is also known for songs including; Stimela, Instincts, We Alert, Chi Vu, Geza, just to mention a few. He recently with DJ Cleo, Phantom Steeze and the Eskhaleni team at the DSTV Mzansi Viewers Choice Awards, ending the event in grand style.
AKA, real name Kiernan Jarryd Forbes was also born and raised in Cape Town, Western Cape. He rose to fame after releasing his single, “Victory Lap”, a song off his debut album, ‘Altar Ego’.
AKA in 2019 was the roastee for the Comedy Central Roast special. In April 202o, he was featured as a special guest on WWE Live events which were held in Johannesburg and Cape Town
