Multiple award-winning Nigerian singer and music executive, David Adeleke widely known in the music world as Davido, made headlines on the internet over reports of his newly acquired Banana Island mansion.

His reportedly bought the house for a whopping N800 million.

Firstly, Davido’s luxurious mansion is located in one of the most expensive areas in Nigeria.

According to Forbes, Banana Island is a location for billionaires and the estate hosts numerous business mogul and very high-profiled people.

It is reported that Davido’s grandfather, Chief Adebayo Adeleke conceptualized the idea of Banana Island.

Secondly, Davido’s mansion was built with state of the art facilities. Some which went viral after the news broke that he has purchased a house revealed that the house has a private lift.

Fourthly, it is highly difficult for fans of Davido to have access to his Banana Island mansion.

Unlike Davido’s house in Lekki where fans troop to his house unannounced to pay him a visit anytime he is home, fans could face a hard time to make such move to his compound.

The mansion houses all his team members so they can have their privacy with Aloma DMW, reportedly being the caretaker of the house as it is alleged that Davido gave him the master bedroom.
